For each scenario below, choose the most appropriate answer from the list above. Each option may be used once, more than once or not at all.
1. A 30 year old lady presents to her GP with fatigue, loss of libido and weight gain. Her husband thinks it is due to the fact they had a baby a few months ago and neither has been getting enough sleep.
2. A 56 year old man presents with a white discharge from the nipple.
3. A 13 year old boy is brought into his GP by his mother because he is not as tall as the other boys in his class. On examination he is below the 50th percentile for his age. For some random reason, you perform a cranial nerve examination and find he has no sense of smell.
4. A 21 year old lady comes to clinic because her periods have stopped recently. You note that she had a haemopoietic stem cell transplant a few months before with total body irradiation and cyclophosphamide for Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.
5. A 35 year old man comes to clinic complaining of headaches, and blurred vision that started 1 month ago. On further questioning he also reveals he has stopped having sex with his wife and that he is shaving less than usual. His only past history of note is that he has had stomach pains and is taking antacids for his chronic indigestion which he has had for 1 year.
