1. A 30 year old lady presents to her GP with fatigue, loss of libido and weight gain. Her husband thinks it is due to the fact they had a baby a few months ago and neither has been getting enough sleep.

On further questioning he also reveals he has stopped having sex with his wife and that he is shaving less than usual. His only past history of note is that he has had stomach pains and is taking antacids for his chronic indigestion which he has had for 1 year.
